Job summary
Taylors Wines, a leading Australian family-owned wine company, seeks an accomplished CFO to shape strategic direction, drive performance and support sustainable growth. You will partner with the CEO and Board, oversee FP&A, governance, risk, and capital allocation, and lead finance transformation across a complex, multi-site operation.

Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualifications and senior finance leadership experience.
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis, governance, risk and compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer products or similar complex environments.
- Exposure to corporate development, acquisitions or capital projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and partner with executive and board stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic planning and business performance.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation and scenario modelling.
- Drive commercial decision-making through high-quality analysis and insight.
- Support growth initiatives, business development opportunities and acquisitions.
- Oversee technology strategy, digital capability and information governance.
- Lead risk management, compliance and company secretarial responsibilities.
- Build organisational capability and contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
