Job summary

estara, South Australia’s specialist provider of services for people with spinal cord injuries and related disabilities, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy, performance and sustainable growth.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a seven-person Finance, ICT, Risk and Governance team, shape mergers and acquisitions, develop robust business cases and explore new service models to diversify revenue and improve outcomes for people with disability and their families.

Qualifications

Significant senior financial leadership experience in a complex organisation.
Direct mergers and acquisitions experience, including financial due diligence.
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Commerce with CA/CPA or equivalent.
Experience in governance, risk management and board reporting.
Disability/health/community services experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership across Finance, ICT, Risk and Governance.
Lead a seven-person team and report to the CEO.
Evaluate and progress mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence.
Develop robust business cases and explore new service models to diversify revenue.
Drive financial strategy, investment oversight, and technology-enabled efficiencies.
Support organisational performance and governance across the enterprise.
