Job summary

Recruitmark is partnering with a well-established Australian business in building materials and distribution to appoint a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer. Based at head office in Prestons, New South Wales, this role will work with the Executive Leadership Team to drive financial insight and practical leadership to support growth.

Qualifications

Senior finance leadership experience within product-led environments such as building materials or distribution.
Strong commercial and financial acumen across working capital, margins, cost management and forecasting.
Ability to use systems and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Shape financial strategy, planning and performance management to drive sustainable growth.
Manage financial performance across inventory, distribution and margins with strong governance.
Lead business improvement initiatives across finance, systems and processes.
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to evaluate opportunities and manage risk.
Maximise NetSuite and finance function to enhance reporting and data integrity.
