You'll influence category decisions, support major customer conversations, and develop insights that shape strategies across Category, Commercial, Sales and Brand teams, with opportunities to lead evidence-based optimization.

Qualifications

• Able to translate complex data into actionable insights for category growth.
• Strong analytical capability with large datasets.
• Experience using shopper/consumer data to generate insights.
• Excellent Excel skills; able to build reports/dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and performance tracking across category, brand, portfolio and initiatives.
• Analyse internal and external market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Transform data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.
• Support development of category strategies, playbooks and customer narratives.
• Provide insights that strengthen range reviews and Joint Business Plans.
• Track innovation performance and capture learnings from launches.
• Collaborate with Category, Sales, Brand, Portfolio and Revenue Growth teams.
