Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a commercially minded Category Performance & Insights Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive category growth. You will shape category decisions, influence innovation strategy and identify opportunities to accelerate performance across the portfolio.

The role is permanent full-time, based in North Sydney or Melbourne offices, and involves partnering with Category, Commercial, Sales and Brand teams to deliver evidence-based

Qualifications

Experience in category management, insights, analytics or commercial environments.
Strong analytical capability and experience working with large and complex data sets.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence platforms (desirable).

Responsibilities

Own reporting and performance tracking across category, brand, portfolio and innovation initiatives.
Analyze internal and external market data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
Transform data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.
Support the development of category strategies, playbooks and customer-facing narratives.
Provide insights that strengthen range reviews and customer selling stories.
Track innovation performance and support post-launch reviews to capture learnings.
