Hitachi Rail is seeking an enthusiastic Capability Development Lead based in Brisbane, Australia. The role spans administrative to strategic tasks, working with team leaders to ensure a skilled workforce and clear role accountability across the program.

You will collaborate with technical SMEs and leaders to assess capabilities, close gaps, and deliver training programs, competency roadmaps and knowledge transfer across the Sequence Alliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Education or Training, or Business Administration.
• Engineering, Change or Project Management may apply for technical aspects.
• 5+ years of capability development experience, preferably in rail or software delivery.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with team leaders to ensure a skilled, capable workforce.
• Assess workforce capability, identify gaps, and deliver targeted development programs.
• Develop capability frameworks and competency roadmaps for program delivery.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer across the Sequence Alliance and with stakeholders.
• Support change management with coaching and engagement strategies.
• Monitor adoption of new ways of working and measure impact.
