Australian Submarine Agency - AU Government is seeking an APS 6 Capabilities & Insights Analyst to provide expert advice to ASA leadership and Government. You will apply quantitative methods, analyse economic and industry data, and develop policies within ISCPA.

Qualifications

Qualifications in economics, econometrics, statistics, data analytics, public policy, mathematics or a related discipline (desirable).
Demonstrated capability in quantitative analysis, economic frameworks, statistical methods and/or data-driven approaches (desirable).

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice to ASA leadership and Government with independence and sound judgement.
Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures within capability analysis.
Analyse economic, industry, workforce, supply chain and capability data to identify trends and inform decisions.
Coordinate and deliver detailed or sensitive projects impacting ASA and Defence outcomes.
