Job summary

APM is seeking a Business Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia to lead a team of Employment Consultants across NSW's Richmond region, including Lismore, Casino, Evans Head and Kyogle. The role focuses on driving performance, supporting staff, and delivering employment outcomes for job seekers.

You will build strong relationships with local employers and community partners, ensure contractual compliance, analyze site performance, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

• Experience in Employment Services or transferable skills.
• People leadership exposure.
• Understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
• Eligibility to meet legislative clearance requirements for Employment Services.

As aBusiness Managerin ourInclusive Employment Australia team, you’ll lead a passionate group of Employment Consultants. Your mission: drive performance, support your team, and deliver life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers.

Location & Coverage: This position is responsible for supporting operations across the Richmond Region of New South Wales (NSW), with coverage spanning Lismore, Casino, Evans Headand Kyogle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
• Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.
