Shift is seeking an experienced Business Analyst embedded within a technology squad to support the delivery of business and technology solutions across the full product development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams – including product managers, developers, and operations – to analyse business requirements and help deliver projects that align with business objectives.

Location: NSW/ACT/QLD – Hybrid. Citizenship Australian and Baseline Security Clearance required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated business analysis experience in Agile, Lean or Waterfall projects.
• Experience gathering stakeholder needs and translating them into detailed requirements.
• Strong ability to map current and future processes and facilitate workshops.
• Proven communication and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
• Experience with MS Visio or similar and Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Responsabilités

• Lead business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement activities.
• Map and redesign current and future-state business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks and control gaps.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories and implementation plans.
• Support testing, validation and deployment activities.
