Job summary

NW Technology seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery. You will partner with management and users to capture requirements, translate them into actionable specs, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to drive change across multiple projects and business areas. You will document processes, requirements, and reports to support effective solutions and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysis and modelling of current and future business processes and information management environments.
• Analyse data related requirements, user pathways and information flows.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement activities, analyse customer requirements, and collaborate with technical specialists to develop solutions to business problems.
• Develop clear and concise documents including business requirements specifications, business cases, functional & non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories, service design artefacts, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management and business users to understand needs, challenges and ideas.
• Translate business requirements into clear, practical requirements and documentation for IT teams.
• Work closely with developers, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Help teams navigate change and support delivery of new initiatives and improvements.
