Job summary

ACOR Consultants Pty Ltd. seeks a Senior Marketing & Communications Leader to head our marketing, brand and communications function across Australia. The role is based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne and reports directly to the CEO.

You will develop and execute national strategies, lead campaigns and thought leadership, and translate technical excellence into compelling stories for market audiences. This is a commercially minded leadership role with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership experience in engineering, professional services or B2B environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong storytelling and content development skills to simplify technical information.
• Experience influencing executives and collaborating with CEOs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ACOR's national marketing, brand and communications strategy.
• Strengthen ACOR's market presence through campaigns, thought leadership and digital engagement.
• Lead and protect the ACOR brand across external channels.
• Partner with technical and business leaders to create compelling content showcasing expertise and people.
• Oversee ACOR's digital presence, including website and social media.
• Measure marketing performance and identify growth opportunities.
