ACOR, a national, employee-owned engineering consultancy, seeks a Senior Marketing & Communications Leader to shape our brand and market presence across Australia. Based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, you will report to the CEO and drive a high-impact marketing function.

You will develop ACOR's national marketing, brand and communications strategy, leading campaigns, thought leadership and digital engagement while translating technical excellence into compelling stories.

Senior Marketing and Communications Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Leader to lead ACOR's marketing, brand and communications function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a rare opportunity to influence the profile, reputation and future growth of one of Australia's leading employee‑owned engineering consultancies. This role can be based in either our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne offices.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping how ACOR is represented in the market. Working closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders across the business, you will develop and execute strategies that strengthen our brand, enhance market visibility and showcase the expertise of our people across Australia.

This is more than a marketing role. We are looking for a commercially minded leader who enjoys building brands, creating meaningful market engagement and translating technical excellence into compelling stories. About the Role

• Exceptional communication, storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging market-facing content.


• Strong capability across digital marketing, website management, social media, content planning and campaign delivery.


• A proactive, commercially focused leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
