Job summary

Brisbane City Council is seeking an experienced Branch Management Coordinator in Brisbane to provide high-level coordination, advice and support across strategic, business and operational matters. You will work with branch leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered and issues managed proactively, with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience providing professional advice to senior leaders across strategic, business or operational functions.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including interpreting complex issues and developing practical recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing reports, briefings, presentations and correspondence for executive audiences.
