Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, BI, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in BI, data warehousing, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with process automation and system integration is desirable.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data sources and deliver data-driven insights across VWFS departments.
• Develop and maintain automated BAU processes to minimize manual work.
• Design and implement new reports and KPIs; train users for adoption.
• Support deployment of solutions through handover and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure data meets evolving needs and maintain governance and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze current and future data/reporting needs and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Act as SME for VWFS Projects and participate in cross-functional tool implementations.
