Veolia is seeking an Asset Management Leader based in Bendigo, VIC to guide governance, long term capital planning and system improvements across Victorian water operations. You will lead a two-person team and coordinate with operational teams and client stakeholders to ensure whole-of-life value and risk reduction.

The role focuses on asset strategies, renewal programs and data-driven investment prioritisation within a globally respected organisation delivering essential water services.

Formación

• Asset management, investment planning or systems governance experience.
• Strong analytical and business case development skill.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continually improve the Asset Management System in line with ISO 55001
• Develop asset strategies, management plans and long term renewal programs
• Build five year asset renewal, operational improvement and capital plans
• Turn asset condition, risk and performance data into investment priorities
• Prepare business cases demonstrating whole of life value and risk reduction
• Improve CMMS data quality, analytics, dashboards and asset reporting
• Lead asset criticality, resilience and critical spares planning
• Lead a team of two and partner with operational teams and client stakeholders
