Job summary

Cumberland City Council is seeking an Executive Manager Capital Projects and Assets to lead Strategic Asset Management and Capital Projects, reporting to the Director City Services. You will oversee a team of about 19 staff, drive capital program delivery, and ensure robust forward planning aligned with community needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in engineering and/or project management with significant leadership skills and senior-level experience.
• Significant experience in capital works programs and projects development and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage substantial budgets and forecast forward planning.
• Strong customer-focused, community-oriented leadership with high-quality service delivery.
