You will partner with senior leaders to translate client, market and financial insights into strategic opportunities that influence business decisions. This role involves developing financial models, dashboards and actionable recommendations, collaborating across service lines, and leveraging analytics, AI and automation to improve decision-making and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics, commercial analysis, strategy, research or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify trends, solve problems and turn data into a compelling story.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI (ideally), CRM platforms or similar analytics tools.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Curious, proactive and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant qualification in business, finance, economics, analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analysing client, market and financial data to support growth and strategic planning.
• Undertaking market, competitor and green space analysis to identify opportunities.
• Developing financial models, dashboards and commercial insights.
• Preparing research, opportunity assessments and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Partnering with business development and client-facing teams across multiple service lines.
• Leveraging analytics, technology, AI and automation tools to improve decision-making and reporting.
