You will lead a high-performing team, partner with senior leaders, and drive strategic analytics across the organisation, contributing to investment and performance priorities.

Qualifications

• Honours degree or equivalent with senior-level financial performance experience.
• Full professional membership of a recognised Australian or international accounting body.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, financial and commercial analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level strategic, commercial and operational analysis including business cases and financial modelling.
• Provide evidence-based advice to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and senior leaders.
• Drive cross-functional analytical initiatives and build a high-performing team culture.
