Job summary

Wenco International Mining Systems is seeking an Agile Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of strategic digital platform initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and align stakeholders with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing agile delivery across complex digital platforms or enterprise tech.
• Hands-on with agile ceremonies, program increment planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder workshops.
• Experience applying Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid agile methods in delivery environments.
• Proven delivery risk, dependency, roadmap, release coordination and stakeholder communication across initiatives.
• Proficient in agile tooling (Azure DevOps, Jira, Notion, Confluence) and release governance.
• Mentoring teams on agile practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as agile delivery SME within the HCM Digital Solutions team.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning sessions.
• Coordinate delivery planning across short-term and long-term horizons.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and product managers to align priorities with business and technical goals.
• Support release management and governance across environments.
• Drive transparency with dashboards, metrics, and program reporting.
• Coordinate release planning and readiness activities across multiple teams.
• Mentor developers, team leads, and delivery teams on agile practices.
