Job summary

Colonial First State is seeking a Strategic Accounts Associate to support a portfolio of strategic partnerships and drive engagement, delivery and service quality. The role reports to the Director, Strategic Partnerships and involves coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

The position focuses on supporting licensees and strategic firm relationships within a wealth management context, with emphasis on compliance, risk awareness, and delivering exceptional client

Qualifications

• Interest in account management or sales support within financial services.
• Working knowledge of financial services products, investment vehicles and platform solutions.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting client-facing teams across Distribution.
• Proactive approach to risk and compliance management.
• Knowledge of Australian advice industry changes and AFSL landscape.
• Experience supporting launch or adoption of new financial advice products and services.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Co-Pilot (ChatGPT) and similar.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound requests and coordinate responses across Product, Marketing, FirstTech, Operations and Distribution.
• Prepare and follow up outstanding actions from meetings and keep commitments on track.
• Support and attend key partnership meetings with executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate event participation and follow up actions with Engagement and Events Manager.
