• Achieve annual sales, profitability, growth, and customer retention targets.
• Promote products and services to assigned customers and drive new business development.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with growth goals.
• Monitor market developments, customer initiatives, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Lead periodic business reviews with customers showing value delivered and future growth.
• Provide technical guidance on Total Chemical Management and oil & gas systems.
• Travel across Australia, including remote and offshore locations.
