Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for assigned accounts and build trusted client relationships.
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure high client satisfaction across engagements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and staff welfare for on-site and offshore teams.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new client acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal delivery leaders and specialists to ensure high-quality service execution.
• Contribute to tender, proposals, and client presentations.
