Job summary

GumGum, The Mindset Company, is seeking an Account Director in Sydney to prospect, close deals, and manage a sizable NSW book of business. You’ll build relationships with large and mid-sized agencies and work with a cross-functional pre-sales team to deliver results.

The role requires 6+ years in digital advertising sales and strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape. A hybrid work model is offered with in-office collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital advertising sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience managing a large book of business.
• Strong relationships across Australian agencies.
• Confident in Salesforce—logging meetings and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new opportunities and close deals across NSW.
• Own and grow a $3M–$4M+ annual book of business.
• Develop relationships with large and mid-sized agencies.
• Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful proposals.
