Job summary

Veridooh, a global leader in OOH verification and campaign automation, seeks an Account Director to own the NSW client and agency portfolio from Sydney. You will oversee onboarding, retention, and upsell, working with Sales, Account Management, Operations and Product to set new market standards.

You will manage multiple VIP campaigns, build trusted client relationships, and ensure top-level service delivery while promoting Veridooh’s platform to deliver ongoing value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ownership of portfolio outcomes and strong problem-solving ability.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns for VIP clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with trusted relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for NSW clients and agencies, collaborating with Sales for a smooth start.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, gathering feedback and driving improvements.
• Manage a VIP portfolio, prioritising campaigns and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Provide post-sale support and leverage internal processes to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients.
