Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of schemes with support from a strata assistant.
• Attend and facilitate body corporate meetings, including minutes.
• Build and maintain relationships with committees and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice to clients and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare and manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Review financial statements and oversee arrears management.
• Address disputes promptly with practical solutions.

The Role

As a Strata Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverseportfolio, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days arethe same. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives onproblem-solving, balancing priorities, and delivering exceptional customerservice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managinga portfolio of schemes with the support of a strata assistant
  
• Attendingand facilitating body corporate meetings, including minute-taking
  
• Buildingand maintaining strong relationships with committees and stakeholders
  
• Providingexpert advice to clients
  
• Preparingand managing budgets
  
• Reviewingfinancial statements and overseeing arrears
  
• Resolvingdisputes in a professional and timely manner

You’re an experienced and organised professional with aproactive mindset and strong attention to detail. You enjoy working bothindependently and as part of a team, and you’re confident managing competingpriorities. If you have experience in body corporate, we’d love to hear fromyou.
