• Experience in strata/property management is a plus
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to interpret and relay legislation clearly

Responsibilities

• Set budgets and monitor financial accounts for strata portfolios.
• Attend to work order requests and coordinate building maintenance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and committees.
• Communicate with owners and committees to relay updates and decisions.
• Interpret and apply relevant strata legislation and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely resolutions.
