Job summary

Sales Team Providers (STP) is hiring a casual STP Retail Merchandiser to cover Tuggeranong ACT and surrounding areas. The role supports flexible hours (8-25 per week), with weekday shifts and no weekends.

You will set up engaging displays, liaise with store staff, and report progress via the StoreTrack App. Ideal candidates enjoy independent work, are detail‑oriented, and have a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Active and valid Driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle.
• Availability at least 3 days a week during business hours (including Wednesday and Thursday).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships within stores.

• Competitive casual hourly rate $34.34 p/hr + $1.00 p/km + superannuation
• Monday to Friday during Business hours (no weekends)
• Tasks scheduled 5-7 days in advance to help you plan your week

What you’ll be doing:

As an STP Retail Merchandiser, you will be the face of STP, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the merchandising process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building, maintaining, and presenting exciting point-of-sale displays that attract shoppers' attention
• Engaging with store staff and managers to create promotional opportunities for our amazing products
• Using our StoreTrack App to report tasks and snap engaging photos of your displays

What we're looking for:

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not a must.
• Active and valid Driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle (Learner's Permit NOT accepted)
• Availability at least 3 days a week during business hours (including Wednesday and Thursday)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships within stores
• Organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A willingness to embrace flexibility and work autonomously, with a positive attitude!
