Job summary

Sales Team Providers (STP) is seeking a STP Retail Merchandiser to support Sunshine VIC with flexible casual hours. This role involves building point-of-sale displays, engaging with store staff, and reporting progress using StoreTrack App.

You'll work 3–20 hours per week across weekdays, with a driver’s license and own car, and you’ll join a Great Place to Work certified team delivering local retail experiences and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle are essential.
• Availability at least 3 days a week during business hours including Wednesday and Thursday.

• Competitive casual hourly rate $34.34 p/hr + $1.00 p/km + superannuation
• Monday to Friday during Business hours (no weekends)
• Tasks scheduled 5-7 days in advance to help you plan your week

What you’ll be doing:

As an STP Retail Merchandiser, you will be the face of STP, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the merchandising process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building, maintaining, and presenting exciting point-of-sale displays that attract shoppers' attention
• Engaging with store staff and managers to create promotional opportunities for our amazing products
• Using our StoreTrack App to report tasks and snap engaging photos of your displays

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not a must.
• Active and valid Driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle (Learner's Permit NOT accepted)
• Availability at least 3 days a week during business hours (including Wednesday and Thursday)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships within stores
• Organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A willingness to embrace flexibility and work autonomously, with a positive attitude!
