Sales Team Providers (STP) is seeking a casual STP Retail Merchandiser to work in Newton and nearby areas. You will create and refresh in-store displays, work with store staff to drive promotions, and document tasks using the StoreTrack app.

The role suits someone balancing life commitments with flexible, part-time hours. Ideal candidates enjoy independent work, have strong communication, and can manage 3+ shifts weekly during business hours.

Formación

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not essential.
• Active and valid Driver’s license with access to your own vehicle.
• Availability at least 3 days a week during business hours, including Wed/Thu.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with store staff.
• Organisational skills and a proactive, flexible attitude.

With flexible hours and the ability to work independently, you will enjoy:

• Competitive casual hourly rate $34.34 p/hr + $1.00 p/km + superannuation
• Monday to Friday during Business hours (no weekends)
• Tasks scheduled 5-7 days in advance to help you plan your week

What you’ll be doing:

As an STP Retail Merchandiser, you will be the face of STP, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the merchandising process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building, maintaining, and presenting exciting point-of-sale displays that attract shoppers' attention
• Engaging with store staff and managers to create promotional opportunities for our amazing products
• Using our StoreTrack App to report tasks and snap engaging photos of your displays

Requirements

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not a must.
• Active and valid Driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle (Learner's Permit NOT accepted)
• Availability at least 3 days a week during business hours (including Wednesday and Thursday)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships within stores
• Organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A willingness to embrace flexibility and work autonomously, with a positive attitude!
