Job summary

pta Consulting Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced eLearning developer in Melbourne to build custom Storyline and Rise experiences. You will craft engaging interactions, manage triggers and variables, and design user-friendly interfaces that are accessible and visually coherent.

You will collaborate with learning designers, consultants and graphic designers to turn ideas into polished products, while balancing simplicity with value in each interaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced in building quality Storyline modules.
• Strong technical Storyline capability with knowledge of triggers, variables, states and transitions.
• Good eye for design with understanding of layout, hierarchy and visual consistency.
• Understanding of user experience and learner behaviour.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Ability to think about when to keep things simple and when an interaction genuinely adds value.
• Portfolio of work you're proud of demonstrating your approach to learning and design.

Responsibilities

• Building custom eLearning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Creating interactions that feel intuitive, not over-engineered
• Using variables, states, triggers and transitions to bring learning to life
• Designing interfaces that are clean, accessible and easy to navigate
• Collaborating with learning designers, consultants and graphic designers to turn ideas into polished learning products
• Finding clever technical solutions to tricky learning problems
