Job summary

Manpower Australia in Adelaide is seeking a Storesperson to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts and order pickers, load and unload stock, and maintain accurate inventory while following safety procedures.

The role requires LF and LO licences, proven experience with counterbalance forklifts and order-picking equipment, and the ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment. Physical fitness to lift 7–14 kg and a strong commitment to safety are essential.

Storesperson

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety regulations.
• Load, unload, transport, and store stock accurately within the warehouse environment.
• Perform regular manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving products weighing between 7-14kg.
• Conduct order picking, packing, and replenishment activities to meet daily operational targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory control by assisting with stock checks, stock rotation, and stock management processes.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and free from hazards to support a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

• Valid LF (Forklift) and LO (Order Picker) licences with demonstrated operating experience.
• Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts and order-picking equipment within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including stock handling, inventory management, and material movements.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks and lifting products between 7-14kg.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse operation.
