Job summary

Alcoa Australia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Willowdale Bauxite Mine in Western Australia. You will lead the Stores team, optimise stock, and act as the primary supply interface across the site.

In this leadership role, you will drive stock control, support planning cycles, and ensure safe, efficient operations during a 5-day roster. Experience in large-scale warehousing and accreditation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stores Officers and ensure parts, spares, consumables and tooling needs are met across the mine site.
• Drive efficient stock binning and audit regimes.
• Prioritise workload to meet business needs and respond to queries.
• Mentor and performance-manage team members.
