Alcoa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at the Wagerup Refinery. You will lead a trades and mine-workforce to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime, coordinating planned and unplanned work with planners, operations and contractors.

You will provide practical leadership, tackle complex maintenance challenges and ensure resources meet business priorities while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-style leadership role requiring a strong safety culture.
• Proven ability to coach and develop maintenance teams.
• Experience solving complex maintenance issues in heavy industrial settings.
• Knowledge of high-risk work, permits and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach maintenance crews to achieve safe, reliable operations.
