You will manage a dispersed team, oversee CASA-regulated inventory, supplier relationships, parts forecasting and logistics, with a focus on continuous improvement and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in stores, inventory or procurement management (aviation preferred).
• Knowledge of CASA regulations and aviation parts traceability.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.

The Role We are seeking an experienced Stores & Purchasing Manager to lead our inventory and procurement functions, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness across multiple bases. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dispersed team across stores and purchasing.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure compliance with CASA requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Support engineering and maintenance teams with parts forecasting and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and reporting.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in stores, inventory, or procurement management (aviation highly regarded).
• Knowledge of CASA regulations, aviation parts traceability, and procurement standards.
• Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to obtain/hold an ASIC and Dangerous Goods Awareness certification.
