Richmond Rolling Solutions in Salisbury, Queensland is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join our hands-on team. You will assist despatch, stock control, and order picking, ensuring accurate inventory and high-standard customer service in a busy warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, LF license preferred, and a reliable work ethic with attention to detail. You will work collaboratively with staff to improve processes and maintain a safe, tidy workspace.

Qualifications

• Current high risk LF license preferred

Responsabilités

• Assist the despatch team with stock receiving and order picking
• Manage inventory, stock control and re-stocking showroom floor
• Conduct regular stock cycle counts and build/assemble stock items
• Book daily freight pickups and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse
• Liaise with Branch and Operations Manager on developments

Richmond Rolling Solutions is a family owned business and has been in operation for over 65years. We have multiple branches across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has come up to be a part of our Richmond Salisbury store.

As a part of the Salisbury team, you will report to the Branch Manager and carry out daily duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you need to have worked in a role within a stores/warehousing environment, operating forklifts and pick packing, as this will be a major part of this position and deliver high quality customer service, at all times.

We are seeking a candidate with strong team ethic, who will work with existing staff on making improvements in the warehouse area, to maximize efficiency and help maintain a safe work area.

The Ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office suite and company software)

Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic

Warehousing, distribution or factory experience (not afraid to get your hands dirty)

Quick learner with strong initiative

Accurate with good attention to detail

Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 15kg)

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Current high risk LF license with recent experience preferred

Professional phone manner and customer relation skills

Team player with a positive attitude.

Wants to learn and willing to cover all aspects of Customer Service

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

Helping the despatch team in receiving stock & helping with the order picking process.

Managing inventory and stock control and assisting with re-stocking showroom floor.

Regular stock cycle counts

Building and assembling stock items

Booking daily freight pick-ups and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse

Liaise with the Branch and Operations Manager keeping them up to date with developments in their areas.
