With peak season approaching, our client is looking to increase their warehouse workforce and is seeking reliable, hardworking operators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with previous bulk picking experience who enjoy keeping active and can maintain accuracy and productivity throughout their shift.

The Role:

• Bulk picking of stock and preparing orders for dispatch
• Operating RF scanners to pick and process orders accurately
• Manual handling of stock, including repetitive and heavy lifting
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and maintaining an organised work area
• Meeting daily picking targets while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy
• Working as part of a team to ensure orders are processed efficiently

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience in bulk picking within a warehouse or distribution environment
• RF scanning experience is essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy and repetitive manual handling
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours
• Current driver's licence and your own reliable transport are essential due to the location and shift times
• A positive attitude and willingness to be hands-on and support the wider warehouse team
