What’s on Offer

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift: 6:00 am–2:00 pm
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, with overtime as required

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Using RF scanners for order picking and stock movements

• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
• Labelling, wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
• Sorting and stacking cartons
• Completing general warehouse and storeperson duties
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

To Be Successful, You Must Have

• Previous pick packing or storeperson experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution centre
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• The ability to perform repetitive manual-handling duties
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable transport to and from Redbank
• A dependable work history and excellent attendance
• The ability to pass a National Police Check
• Full availability for ongoing Monday-to-Friday work and overtime
• A genuine interest in securing stable, long-term employment

Important Information This position requires ongoing full-time availability and regular overtime. It is therefore not suitable for Student Visa holders or applicants seeking short-term, casual or temporary work.
