Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Sydney NSW is seeking experienced Pick/Packer for a long-term, on-site role in Leppington, NSW. The positions start as temporary with a pathway to permanent roles after 3 months in a fast-paced, automated warehouse environment.

Shifts include AM 6:00am-2:00pm and PM 2:30pm-10:30pm, with onsite parking available. You must have at least 1 year continuous experience with the same employer and be proficient with an RF Scanner to meet high daily KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of continuous Pick/Packing experience with the same employer.
• Experience using an RF Scanner is essential.
• Strong understanding of warehouse picking and packing processes.

Are you an experienced Pick/Packer looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established retail distribution business?

We're looking for energetic, reliable and hardworking Pick/Packers to join a busy, fast-paced and automated warehouse environment.

This is not just another short-term warehouse job. These positions are designed to transition into permanent roles after 3 months for the right people, with genuine opportunities to grow and progress within the large retail business.

What you'll be doing:

• Picking and packing retail products in a fast-paced, automated warehouse
• Using an RF Scanner to accurately pick and process orders
• Meeting high daily KPIs and productivity targets
• Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently
• Working as part of a positive, energetic warehouse team
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

To be successful, you MUST have:

• Minimum 1 year of continuous Pick/Packing experience with the same employer - MUST
• Previous experience using an RF Scanner is essential
• A strong understanding of warehouse picking and packing processes
• A LOT of walking
• Proven ability to consistently meet high KPIs
• Excellent reliability and attendance
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional references will be checked
