Hamilton Island is seeking a Storeperson to join our Warehouse & Logistics team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll help receive, record move and deliver stock across the island, ensuring guest experiences and resort operations run smoothly.

You’ll operate forklifts, maintain stock records, and uphold OH&S practices while supporting multiple departments with timely deliveries. A positive, proactive team player mindset is essential in this vibrant resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Current MR Driver’s Licence or higher.
• Valid Forklift Ticket.
• OH&S knowledge in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Professional presentation and a reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, move, and deliver stock across the island.
• Load and unload supplies; manage inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock records and respond to internal requests.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.

STOREPERSON – Warehouse & Logistics

Hamilton Island’s Warehouse and Logistics team is the engine room of the island—keeping everything running smoothly, from guest experiences to staff operations. Whether it's food and beverage, maintenance materials, staff uniforms or retail stock, our Storepersons help make the magic happen behind the scenes. We’re now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Storeperson to join the team in a full-time, permanent role.

Your Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll work as part of our warehouse team to ensure goods are received, recorded, moved, and delivered safely and efficiently across the island. From loading and unloading supplies to managing inventory, your day-to‑day work will directly support guest satisfaction and resort operations.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Manage receipt, dispatch, and recording of stock and equipment
• Load, unload, and deliver goods across departments
• Maintain accurate stock records and respond to internal requests
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Monitor and uphold OH&S practices within the warehouse environment
• Support the team with regular stocktakes and general warehouse upkeep
• Communicate effectively with resort departments to ensure timely deliveries

To be successful, you will need:
