Job summary

WesTrac Gudai Darri is hiring a Store Person for a Full-Time FIFO role located on site at Gudai Darri. You’ll interpret, pick, pack and despatch customer parts orders, with occasional hose manufacturing support and on-site customer assistance.

Roster is 8 days on, 6 off, 7 nights on, 7 days off, 12.5 hours per day. Key requirements include a Forklift licence, WA C-class driving, and the ability to work in varying conditions and teams.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required and high risk work licence essential.
• WA driver licence – C class is required.
• Able to work in a team and autonomously with strong communication.
• Experience in similar warehouse/parts interpreting is desirable.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (SAP/DBS or similar) is desirable.

Job description

Reporting into theSuperintendent – Gudai Darri, theStore personwill be based on site in aFull-Time FIFO capacity. TheStore personwill be responsiblefor carrying out accurate and efficient parts interpreting, picking, packing and despatch of customer parts orders with the primary objective of providing customers with the best service possible. From time to time will also be required to assist with hose manufacturing, training will be provided.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working in a similar warehouse environment or parts interpreting (Desirable)
