Job summary

Laminex Australia is seeking a Storeperson / HR Truck Driver for our Prospect, NSW operation. The role involves a mix of on‑road deliveries and warehouse duties, with a permanent full‑time day shift and starts around 6am, offering a rate above the award.

You will deliver products to customers, assist in warehousing, and perform basic admin using the warehouse system, emphasising safety and accuracy in every task.

Qualifications

• Must have HR Truck License (or higher).
• Must be able to drive a manual truck.
• Forklift Licence LF or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 15–25 customer deliveries per run.
• Receive goods, pick, pack and dispatch.
• Load and unload goods using a forklift (if licensed).
• Report distribution issues or hazards.
• Perform basic administration tasks in the warehouse management system.
• Ensure tasks are completed in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.

Laminex Australia is a leading manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of products, including laminate and veneers, for both commercial and residential use. With over 90 years of experience in the industry, Laminex is a well-known name in the Australian design landscape.

We are currently looking for a Storeperson / HR Truck Driver to join our team based in Prospect, NSW. As the Storeperson/ Driver, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day distribution and customer deliveries. This is a permanent full-time day shift position and will either be 6am starts. with some flexibility required on either side. The hourly rate for this position is well above the award rate.

You will be responsible for delivering our products and your time will be spent on the road delivering to our valued customers as well as spending time in the warehouse, assisting with day-to-day warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customer deliveries with a standard run of 15-25 deliveries.
• Receive goods, pick, pack, and dispatch.
• Load and unload goods using a forklift (if licensed).
• Report any distribution issues or hazards.
• Perform basic administration tasks using the warehouse management system.
• Ensure tasks are completed in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.

Key Requirements:

• Must have Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck License (or higher)
• Must be able to drive a manual truck.
• Valid Forklift Licence (LF) or willing to obtain.
• Previous HR truck driving exp is required - ideally exp driving Tautliners
