Job summary

Fletcher Building Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Driver/Storeperson for our Melbourne Distribution Centre in Tullamarine. This full-time, Day Shift (Monday–Friday) role involves delivering our products to customers across the region.

You must hold a Current HR Truck Licence with 12 months+ experience driving manual trucks, have a strong knowledge of the Melbourne metro area, be able to work autonomously, and be physically fit with a solid safety focus. Forklift licence is advantageous.

Where your story starts:

We currently have a vacancy available for an enthusiastic, Driver/Storeperson to join our close-knit team in our Melbourne Distribution Centre in Tullamarine.

Working Day Shift, Monday-Friday in a full-time position, your primary responsibilities will be delivering of our products to our valued customers across the region.

Standard start time will be between 5am and 7am, with OT available.

Role you’ll play:

We are looking for a people focused and safety minded person who is ready to join a leading business in a pivotal role.

You must have a keen attitude and willingness to learn new things along with the following skills and experience:

• Current HR Truck License - with 12 months+ exp. driving manual trucks
• Strong understanding of Melbourne metro and regional suburbs
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Physically fit as there is some manual lifting involved in this role
• Exceptional awareness of safety in the workplace
• Forklift licence advantageous
