Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and assemble orders with precision.
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Operate forklift (counterbalance and high reach).
• Deliver materials to sites using a 1 tonne ute.
• Load and unload pallets, liaise with customers and team by phone/email.
• Maintain stock control, housekeeping, and RF scanning.

The Company:This growing business is looking for someone who will grow with them. Located in Banyo QLD location, their warehouse is clean, safe and focused on quality, and has parking onsite. They are a friendly and supportive team with a pro-safety attitude, and offer full training and plenty of long term opportunity.

The role:In this warehouse, it is essential that you have leadership experience, 1-2 years in warehousing, and a good level of physical fitness. You'll work 10 hour days - 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday - with guaranteed daily overtime!You'll have strong attention to detail and great forklift experience. You'll be performing a range of warehousing and forklift duties including:

• Picking, packing, and assembling orders with precision
• Coordinating with couriers to keep deliveries running smoothly
• Forklift operation - counterbalance and high reach
• Delivery driving a 1 Tonne Ute - Class C Driver's Licence Needed
• The ability to load and unload pallets onto a 1 Tonne ute
• Liaising with customers and team members via phone and email
• Stock control, housekeeping, putaways, RF scanning, you name it!

Selection Criteria:

• Forklift licence with experience (counterbalance and high reach) - essential!
• Current driver's licence with own transport, and good driving record
• White card (or willingness to get)
• 1-2 years warehousing experience w/ some leadership exposure and RF scanning experience
• Experience with delivering materials to Building Sites - ADVANTAGE
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliability, punctuality, safety conscious approach to your work

Shifts (all Mon-Fri fulltime hours):

• Monday to Friday | 7am–5pm | 1.5 hrs paid overtime per day

Pay Rate

• View to permanency w/ Full-Time hours | $36hr + Super + Overtime
