Job summary

CT Labour Hire is seeking a Storesperson with a Forklift licence for an ongoing position based in Acacia Ridge. This role is a temp assignment with potential to become full time and ongoing.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, manual handling, picking/packing, and light assembly for large machinery parts. Immediate interviews available for suitable candidates with LF licence.

We’re seeking a physically fit and experienced Storesperson with Forklift licence for an ongoing position based in Acacia Ridge. This is a temp role to fill in for holiday relief but has the possibility of turning into a full time and ongoing position.

This isn’t your typical warehouse role – you will be working with parts of large machinery and doing some basic assembly with custom fitouts.

This is anongoing Monday to Friday positionoffering steady ongoing work with a reputable national company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual handling, picking and packing of stock and parts;
• Forklift operation – daily use (LF licence essential);
• Ability to do some general assembly or custom accessory fitting;
• Moving and storing inventory;
• Pre-delivery preparation;

To be successful you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or stores environment;
• Valid High Reach Forklift Licence (LF) Essential;
• Good with hand and power tools;
• Strong work ethic and reliability;
• Understanding of stock and inventory systems;
• Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Able to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling;
• Available for immediate interview!

Please note our positions are not just "Forklift Operating"- there will be a requirement that you will also assist in other facets of the business i.e.: manual handling, picking pack and general warehouse duties
