Job summary

Programmed / PERSOLKELLY is hiring a Warehouse Storeperson in Sydney's western area. You will be responsible for loading/unloading, picking and packing, stock control, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires physical fitness for heavy lifting and a hands-on, reliable approach. We offer a consistent day shift from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $36.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing, storeperson, retail or customer service roles.
• Experience with picking, packing and general warehouse duties.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate stock control.
• Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work well within a team.
• A commitment to workplace safety and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Receipting, checking and putting away incoming goods.
• Organising and allocating customer orders.
• Conducting cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory audits.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Providing assistance with customer collections and general warehouse enquiries.
• Following all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Reporting any safety issues or incidents promptly.

The Role & Responsibilities

Working within a busy warehouse environment, your duties will include:
