Job summary

LagardèreAWPL Travel Retail at Sydney Airport is seeking a Store-Person for a casual, on-site role. You will support back-of-house stock operations, receive and distribute stock, and help ensure accurate stock levels across stores.

Successful applicants will have warehouse or logistics experience, strong communication skills, and be physically fit for lifting and moving stock. Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays is essential.

The Role:

We are on the lookout for a driven and organised Store-Person to step into a Casual position at Sydney Airport.

*Early shifts can be from 5:30AM-6:00AM. Operate 7 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

• Help the back-of-house stock management operations
• Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores (e.g beverages, tech goods, chemist goods)
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely
• Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures
• Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role
• Great communication and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit and able to lift, move and manage stock safelys
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
