Australian Staffing Agency is seeking dedicated Manufacturing & Warehouse Workers to join our team across Melbourne's Northern & Western Suburbs. Roles include pick packing, processing, and general warehouse all-round duties essential to production and distribution operations.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with some Saturdays and Sundays; day and afternoon slots available. We offer immediate start, ongoing training, and supportive team culture to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Physically fit and able to lift.
• Familiar with RF scanning is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
• Forklift licence is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, sort & pack products
• Operate basic machinery & equipment
• Conduct quality checks
• Maintain a clean & safe workspace
• Follow safety & hygiene protocols
• Pick, pack & label items for dispatch
• Organise stock, inventory counts & rotation
• Operate forklifts (licence preferred)
• Use RF scanners for product tracking
• Meet daily KPIs & deadlines

Pay: $33+ - $40+ per hour (depending on the shift)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing & Warehouse Workers to join our team across Melbourne's Northern & Western Suburbs. These roles are essential in supporting warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (Some SAT and SUN)

Day, and Afternoon (preferences not guaranteed).

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, sort & pack products
• Operate basic machinery & equipment
• Conduct quality checks
• Maintain a clean & safe workspace
• Follow safety & hygiene protocols
• Pick, pack & label items for dispatch
• Organise stock, inventory counts & rotation
• Operate forklifts (licence required), pallet jacks & tuggers
• Use RF scanners for product tracking
• Meet daily KPIs & deadlines

Requirements

• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Physically fit - able to lift & handle materials
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with RF scanning (advantage)
• Attention to detail & strong work ethic
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Forklift licence desirable (not essential)
