Motion in Orange is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our team. You will work closely with customers and the branch to process orders, answer enquiries, and support business growth.

Candidates with sales or customer-service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage priorities will thrive in a fast-paced environment; mechanical aptitude and knowledge of bearings are advantageous.

• Proven customer service, sales or warehouse experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach.
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of bearings and power transmission products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Assist with pick packing to support timely deliveries.
• Support the wider branch team to achieve shared goals.

About the role
