Kitchen Warehouse in Helensvale, QLD is seeking Retail Sales Assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and product expertise. You will work in a team environment, on the shop floor and in the warehouse, helping customers choose the right kitchenware and maintaining store presentation.

We value enthusiastic, reliable individuals with strong time management who can commit to casual contracts between 5–20 hours per week and provide a Police Clearance (3 months or less).

• Assist store management with day to day store duties.

The role…

Our Retail Sales Assistants are required to demonstrate excellent customer service and product expertise that will wow our customers. We are looking for dedicated people who are able to work in a strong team environment and deliver the best service.

An interest in cooking and entertaining will be well regarded but not a necessity.

Our Retail Sales Assistants will report to the Store Manager and the key responsibilities of the role are to:

• Offer customers a store experience they will want to return for again & again.
• Demonstrate expertise of our products to assist customers make the right purchase
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to company guidelines.
• Be an ambassador for the Kitchen Warehouse brand.
• Be hands on and work both on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
• Assist store management with day to day store duties.
