ALDI is hiring a Store Assistant to kick-start your retail career. No previous retail know-how is required; we’re seeking people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Our stores are open every day, including weekends and holidays, offering variety across areas. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, stock shelves, manage date checks and pricing, create eye-catching displays, and help keep the store tidy.
Qualificações
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Store Assistants are the backbone of our retail stores and keep our stores running by:
- Being a customer service superstar and serving customers at the registers with a smile.
- Keeping shelves stocked with products so that our customers can find all their favourites.
- Being an expert in stock handling by making sure our products are in date and listed at the right price.
- Creating eye-catching displays of our ALDI special buys.
- Keeping the store tidy, organised and looking great.

- Enjoy a fantastic hourly rate of $32.76+ shift allowances.
- Full weekend availability will be advantageous.
